It is common that folx come to therapy with not just a problem or a couple of problems -- they come to therapy because many times, their concerns have become too entangled to make sense of. This is when an expert is needed.
The staff at ALPS very much enjoys working with teens and adults in a relatable, supportive, and direct way. In fact, we essentially work ourselves out of a job by helping clients get back on their feet and not becoming dependent on therapy in order to handle life's curveballs. |
